Tae Bo review

After using Tae Bo for several days now, i would rate it 4, because it helps reduce my problem areas fast by combining weight and cardio. The duration is long enough that i get a good sweat. However, i wish that the pole (weight) can be break in half so that the angles it produce during punching does not hurt my carpal bones, as a PT major, i say that's a bad biomechanic. but overall, i recommend it and i think that you'll see results. In comparison with his previous set that uses resistance bands which creats a more eccentric contraction is will creat a more bulking shoulder vs this one which i felt enhances fat burning and can creat a more lean and tone shoulder. These DVDs due lack ab workout in comparison to previous instructional DVDs and the instructions are not as clear unless you have used his previous DVDs. I recommend eating a sensible diet and working out on treadmills and do ab workouts to burn your mid secion even more.
