goals must be achievable, and detailed and carefully through out. it should not be something that is made on an impulse. Things like i want to loss weight or i am going to get all A's. But exactly how you are going to do that and how much you 'll spend on it and what obstacles will be on your way should also be carefully thought out. resolutions to me is like a tradition that is usually done around new year and since its more of a "trend" and not what u thought hard about doing, they usually not stick to and are easily broken.
1) Get all A's
2) save at least 25 dollar a week
3) spend 2 hr each week with my residents, whether be it programs or getting to know that on a personal level
4) spend at least two hour each week catching up with friends and building network
5) managing to keep peace with my boyfriend, continue to get to know him, while keep the phone calls to a minimum level.
6) keep expense for food down to 100/week.
7)join at least one more club
8) workout at least 3 times a week
9) read a book this semester
10) read at least 1 PT article per week
11) spend at least 1 hour per week catching up with news
